Holiday Run

So, yesterday I finally got back to Brooklyn after being on a kind of family, friend and fun tour since 12/23. It was pretty great. Here's what went down, day by day:
SATURDAY 12/23: Rob and I drive down to my mom's in Philly. Great ride, no traffic
SUNDAY, 12/24: My mom had a Christmas Eve breakfast party and lots of family and friends came to eat (Brooklyn Bergen) bagels and hear Rob play Christmas carols on the piano.
MONDAY 12/25: Head to my grandmothers for Christmas Day hanging with the France family.
TUESDAY 12/26: Rob went back to Brooklyn, I helped Brynne set up her new sewing machine and we hemmed my jeans! Went to Danielle's for a bit when Brynne started to get bratty, then had a great dinner and a movie (see below post).
WEDNESDAY 12/27: Went to Lancaster, PA to hang with Hilary and Clark, purchased some cool stuff for the house. Then went to the mall with mom and (FINALLY!) bought some style-y maternity clothes from Pea in the Pod. YES!
THURSDAY 12/28: Flew to Boston in afternoon, spent day shopping with Waful then had a great dinner with him and went to the Trey show at the Orpheum which was TOTALLY fun. Jen rocked my word!
FRIDAY 12/29: Lunch at Anna's Taqueria(YUM!) then lounging at the hotel for a few hours before the AGP show at Harpers. Had a romantic Italian dinner with my husband at Carlo's. It was the site of one of our first dates so it was great to go back there again!
SATURDAY 12/30: Post-marital meeting with Addison at St. Andrews in Wellesley, followed by lunch at Rob's dad's house, followed by dinner with Rob's mom. Vietnamese=YUMMY! 2nd AGP show at Harper's. Hung with Previn and met his girl Jenny(so cute!).
SUNDAY 12/31: Breakfast with Sarah B at IHOP, drove back home to Brooklyn, then head to Radio City for Waful light spectacular!!
MONDAY 1/1: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AND LOVING IT!!!

Brendan giving the baby shoutouts each night at Harper's
Waful's SICK light show
Jen Hartswick's amazing smile and voice on stage
Getting goosebumps from Trey's energy
Spending happy time with Mom
Convo with Danielle at her apt.
Walk around Lancaster with Hilary
Seeing Huntley dance to Rob playing "Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairies".
Baby Hilary's smile which somehow keeps getting more precious
Getting new phone from Rob!
Getting swank Coach wallet from Mom and Brynne
Hearing baby's heartbeat and movements with the new fetal heart monitor

Overall, it was an amazing holiday run. It wore down my system (I got a pretty bad sinus infection and cold) but it was well worth it. Back to work tomorrow... HAPPY 2007! May this year be wonderful for you all!!
